For Research Use Only!
Reactivity
Mouse
Specificity
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Mouse CCL1. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mouse CCL1 and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross- reactivity detection between Mouse CCL1 and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.

Related Product Information for CCL1 elisa kit
Description: The kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of CCL1 in Mouse serum, plasma and other biological fluids
Principle of the Assay: This ELISA kit uses Sandwich-ELISA as the method. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse CCL1. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate micro ELISA plate wells and bound by the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Mouse CCL1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate is added to each micro plate well successively and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse CCL1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm +/- 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Mouse CCL1. You can calculate the concentration of Mouse CCL1 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

NCBI Description

This antimicrobial gene is one of several chemokine genes clustered on the q-arm of chromosome 17. Chemokines form a superfamily of secreted proteins involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes. The superfamily is divided into four subfamilies based on the arrangement of the N-terminal cysteine residues of the mature peptide. This chemokine, a member of the CC subfamily, is secreted by activated T cells and displays chemotactic activity for monocytes but not for neutrophils. It binds to the chemokine (C-C motif) receptor 8. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2014]

Uniprot Description

CCL1: Cytokine that is chemotactic for monocytes but not for neutrophils. Binds to CCR8. Belongs to the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family.

Product Notes

The Mouse CCL1 ccl1 (Catalog #AAA2501853) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2501853 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse CCL1. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CCL1, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
