YWHAE antibody has been tested by ELISA and Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:1,000~ 2,000. Recommended starting dilution is 1:1,000.
Immunogen
Anti-human YWHAE mAb is derived from hybridization of mouse FO myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant human YWHAE amino acids 1-255 purified from E Coli.
Preparation and Storage

Introduction: The 14-3-3 family of proteins plays a key regulatory role in signal transduction, checkpoint control, apoptotic and nutrient-sensing pathways. 14-3-3 proteins are highly conserved and ubiquitously expressed.
