This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminus of the Human TCERG1L. The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Preparation and Storage
This antibody can be stored at 2-8 degree C for one month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20 degree C to -80 degree C. Preservative-Free. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

TCERG1 (also known as TAF2S; TATA box-binding protein-associated factor 2S, CA150; transcription factor CA150) was first described as a transcriptional elongation regulator found in human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1), tat-responsive HeLa nuclear fractions. TCERG1L gene has been reported to be highly frequently methylated in colon tumors and was selected as a candidate for the early detection of biomarkers for colon cancer patients.
