Related Product Information for anti-Stx6 antibody
Syntaxins are type II integral membrane proteins localized to membranes that regulate vesicle transport, protein maturation, and exocytosis. Syntaxin 1A resides in the nerve terminals of sensory neurons and nerve fibers reaching small blood vessels. Syntaxin 2 localizes to the apical plasma membrane and regulates epithelial-mesenchymal interactions. Syntaxin 6 is primarily localized to the trans-Golgi network, and partially co-localizes with AP-1 on clathrin-coated membranes. Syntaxin 13 is ubiquitously expressed and localizes to the tubular early and recycling endosomes, as well as endosomal vacuoles.

Product Notes

The Stx6 stx6 (Catalog #AAA567189) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Syntaxin 6 monoclonal antibody (3D10) reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat, Hamster and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Syntaxin 6 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Stx6 stx6 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Syntaxin 6, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
