Immunoprecipitation (IP)

(STXB2 was immunoprecipitated from 1mg of THP1 cells membrane fraction, blotted with M25219 of 10 ug. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using M25219 at 1/1000 dilution. Anti-Mouse-IgG(HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG, was used as secondary antibody at 1/10000 dilution. Lane 1: THP1 cells membrane fraction. Lane2: IP product of THP1 cells membrane fraction.Blocking and dilution buffer and concentration:5% milk/TBST.)

Related Product Information for anti-STXB2 antibody
This gene encodes a member of the STXBP/unc-18/SEC1 family. The encoded protein is involved in intracellular trafficking, control of SNARE (soluble NSF attachment protein receptor) complex assembly, and the release of cytotoxic granules by natural killer cells. Mutations in this gene are associated with familial hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been noted for this gene.

Product Notes

The STXB2 stxb2 (Catalog #AAA435133) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The STXB2 Mouse mAb reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's STXB2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). WB: 1:1000-1:5000 IP: 10 tests FC/FACS: 1:100-1:200. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the STXB2 stxb2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "STXB2, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
