Related Product Information for anti-SNAPC1 antibody
SNAP43 is part of the SNAPc complex required for the transcription of both RNA polymerase II and III small-nuclear RNA genes. It binds to the proximal sequence element (PSE), a non-TATA-box basal promoter element common to these 2 types of genes. SNAP43 Recruits TBP and BRF2 to the U6 snRNA TATA box.

Product Notes

The SNAPC1 snapc1 (Catalog #AAA600441) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The SNAP43 (Small Nuclear RNA Activating Complex, Polypeptide 1 43kD, SNAPC1, PTFgamma) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's SNAP43 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Gel Shift Assay (GS/EMSA). Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Dilution: Immunocytochemistry: 2-100ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the SNAPC1 snapc1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "SNAP43, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
