Application Notes
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Dilution: Immunoprecipitation: 1-2ug/mg. Co-precipitates cdk4. Use Protein G. For optimum results, immunoprecipitate with Western blot.
Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml for 2hrs at RT.
Immunohistochemistry (formalin/paraffin): 1:50 for 30 min at RT. Staining of formalin/paraffin tissues is required. Boil tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.

Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
