Mouse anti-Mouse NK1.1 (Ly-55) Monoclonal Antibody
Mouse Anti-Mouse NK1.1-APC
NK1.1, a member of the NKR-P1 family of cell surface receptors, is a type II integral membrane glycoprotein with a C-type lectin domain. It is expressed as a disulfide-linked homodimer on all NK cells, as well as subsets of thymocytes and peripheral T lymphocytes in selected strains of mice (e.g., C57BL, NZB).1-4, 10 NK1.1 mediates cellular activation and differentiation, and is thought to have a particular role in generating Th2 cells. This product does not react with NK cells of BALB/c mice.5-9

Product Notes
The NK1.1 (Ly-55) (Catalog #AAA673564) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Mouse Anti-Mouse NK1.1-APC reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's NK1.1 (Ly-55) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry; Immunoprecipitation. Research Application(s): Induction of proliferation of a subset of NK cells In vivo depletion of NK1.1 cells In vitro redirected lysis In vitro cytotoxicity assays Flow Cytometry Suggested Dilution: <=0.5 ug/10^6 cells. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NK1.1 (Ly-55) for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "NK1.1 (Ly-55), Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
