Immunoprecipitation: 4ug immunoprecipitats Nibrin/Nbs1 from 500ug of Jurkat RIPA lysate. Jurkat cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti- Nibrin/Nbs1 (2ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Nibrin/Nbs1 (95kD).

Actin filaments have been labeled with Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated phalloidin (Left and Right image) (Green). Nucleus is stained with DAPI (Right image) (Blue). This antibody positively stains the nucleus.)
