Related Product Information for anti-NFE2L1 antibody
The NF-E2 DNA binding protein is composed of two subunits, p45 and MafK, and it regulates expression of globin genes in developing erythroid cells through interaction with Maf recognition elements (MAREs). A family of NF-E2-related proteins, which are collectively known as the cap n collar (CNC) family and include NFE2L1 (also designated TCF11), Nrf2 and Nrf3, are bZIP transcription factors that heterodimerize with Maf proteins to bind MARE sequences. The Nrf proteins also bind the antioxidant response element (ARE) and are implicated in the regulation of detoxification enzymes and the oxidative stress response. They do so by heterodimerizing with Jun family members (c-Jun, Jun B and Jun D) to activate gene expression, specifically the detoxifying enzyme NQO1.

Product Notes

The NFE2L1 nfe2l1 (Catalog #AAA3014342) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The NFE2L1 Monoclonal Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's NFE2L1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). WB: 1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the NFE2L1 nfe2l1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "NFE2L1, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
