Rat Anti-Neutrophils, blocking (Preservative-free)
Source: Mouse
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
(Mouse neutrophils are depleted in vivo by MBS6120614. Method: Mice were injected) i.p. with 250ug of MBS6120614 (B) or with Control mAb (A) in BALB/c mouse 6h prior to Leishmania major infection (3x10e6 parasites injected in the hind footpad). 3 days later, blood (100ul) was subjected to flow cytometric analysis after staining with APC/CY7-labeled anti-Ly6G antibody (clone 1A8).)

Product Notes
The Neutrophils (Catalog #AAA6120614) is an Antibody produced from Host: Rat Source: Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Rat Anti-Neutrophils, blocking (Preservative-free) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Neutrophils can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Flow Cytometry: 1:100 Immunohistochemistry (frozen/paraffin): 1:200 Immunocytochemistry: 1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Neutrophils for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Neutrophils, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
