Applicable Applications for anti-MRP1 antibody
Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blot (WB), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
Application Notes
FC/FACS: 1:20. Cells fixed in PBS, 0.5% paraformaldehyde for 30 minutes, followed by anti-mouse IgG labeled with FITC. Note: Block and wash with solution containing 0.1% Tween.
WB: 1:100-1:500 (Anti mouse IgG labeled with HRP).
ICC: 1:20-1:50. [PBS, 0.5% paraformaldehyde-fixed or 70% methanol-fixed cytospin preparations (2)].
IHC: FFPE sections following antigen retrieval by microwave heating in citrate (5).
Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
Immunogen
Non-denatured membranes prepared from the human small cell lung cancer cell line, H69AR, which highly overexpresses MRP1(1-3).
Conjugate
PE
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. Protect from light.

Product Notes

The MRP1 (Catalog #AAA6120716) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MDR Protein (PE) (MRP1, Multidrug resistance-associated protein 1, ABCC1, ATP-binding cassette sub-family C member 1, Leukotriene C(4) transporter) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's MDR Protein can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blot (WB), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MRP1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "MDR Protein, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
