Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Designed to quantitatively determine the percentage of cells bearing M-CSF R within a population and qualitatively determine the density of M-CSF R on cell surfaces by flow
cytometry. Cell surface expression of M-CSF R is determined by flow cytometry using 488nm wavelength excitation and monitoring emitted fluorescence with a detector optimized to collect peak emissions at 565-605nm. J774 cells were stained with PE-conjugated anti-mouse M-CSF R or isotype control.
Immunogen
Purified, NS0-derived recombinant mouse M-CSF R (rmM-CSF R; aa 20-511; Accession# P09581).
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. Reconstitute by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
