ELISA: 1:25,000-1:50,000
ICC/IF: 1:100-1:500
IP: 1-2uL/mg of lysate
Immunofluorescence (IF)
(Immunofluorescence staining of Human LTA4H in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-Human LTA4H monoclonal antibody (1:300) at 4 degree C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm.)

AAA Biotech's Leukotriene A4 Hydrolase can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunoprecipitation (IP). WB: 1:500-1:1000 ELISA: 1:25,000-1:50,000 ICC/IF: 1:100-1:500 IP: 1-2uL/mg of lysate. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LTA4H lta4h for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Leukotriene A4 Hydrolase, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
