Mouse anti-Human LAT1 / LAT Monoclonal Antibody | anti-LAT1 antibody
Mouse Monoclonal [clone LAT1111] (IgG1) to Human LAT1 / LAT
Usage: Immunohistochemistry: was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary anti...
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
(Anti-LAT antibody IHC of human thymus. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody concentration 10 ug/ml.)
Western Blot (WB)
(Whole cell extract from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with monoclonal anti-LAT antibody. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence system.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by this gene is phosphorylated by ZAP-70/Syk protein tyrosine kinases following activation of the T-cell antigen receptor (TCR) signal transduction pathway. This transmembrane protein localizes to lipid rafts and acts as a docking site for SH2 domain-containing proteins. Upon phosphorylation, this protein recruits multiple adaptor proteins and downstream signaling molecules into multimolecular signaling complexes located near the site of TCR engagement. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

The LAT1 lat (Catalog #AAA245176) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Mouse Monoclonal [clone LAT1111] (IgG1) to Human LAT1 / LAT reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's LAT1 / LAT can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC - Paraffin), Western Blot (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP). IHC-P (10 ug/ml), IP, WB Usage: Immunohistochemistry: was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary anti.. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the LAT1 lat for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "LAT1 / LAT, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
