Related Product Information for anti-IL3  antibody
IL3 (interleukin 3), also known as IL-3, is a potent growth promoting cytokine which belongs to the IL-3 family. IL3/IL-3 also belongs to the group of interleukins. Interleukins are produced by a wide variety of body cells. The function of the immune system depends in a large part on interleukins, and rare deficiencies of a number of them have been described, all featuring autoimmune diseases or immune deficiency. The majority of interleukins are synthesized by helper CD4+ T lymphocytes, as well as through monocytes, macrophages, and endothelial cells. They promote the development and differentiation of T, B, and hematopoietic cells. IL3/IL-3 is capable of supporting the proliferation of a broad range of hematopoietic cell types. It is involved in a variety of cell activities such as cell growth, differentiation and apoptosis. IL3/IL-3 has been shown to also possess neurotrophic activity, and it may be associated with neurologic disorders.

Product Notes

The IL3  il3 (Catalog #AAA2544303) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Rabbit anti Human IL3  Monoclonal Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's IL3  can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA). ELISA: 0.1-0.2 mug/mL. This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 mug/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect Human IL3. The detection limit for Human IL3 is approximately 0.0049 ng/well. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IL3  il3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "IL3 , Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
