HRP conjugate - 1:4,000 - 1:8,000
BIOT conjugate - 1:5,000-1:20,000

FLISA
FITC, AF488, and AF555 conjugates - 1:100 – 1:400
PE and AF647 conjugates - < 1ug/mL

Other Applications
Since applications vary, you should determine the optimum working dilution for the product that is appropriate for your specific need.
Warning
Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Preparation and Storage
The fluorescein (FITC) and biotin (BIOT) conjugates are supplied as 0.5 mg in 1.0 mL PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8°C.

Product Notes

The IgG1 (Catalog #AAA675070) is a Secondary Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Rat Anti-Mouse IgG1-BIOT reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's IgG1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA, Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: FITC, BIOT, and AF488 conjugates - < ug/106 cells PE and AF647 conjugates - <0.1 ug/106 cells For flow cytometry, the suggested use of these reagents is in a final volume of 100 uL. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IgG1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "IgG1, Monoclonal Secondary Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
