Related Product Information for anti-IgA1,2 antibody
IgA is useful in the identi cation of leukemias, plasmacytomas, and certain non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. The most common feature of these malignancies is the restricted expression of a single heavy chain class. Demonstration of clonality in lymphoid in ltrates indicates that the in ltrate is clonal and therefore malignant.

Product Notes

The IgA1,2 (Catalog #AAA604643) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The IgA1,2 (BSA & Azide Free) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's IgA1,2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Paraf n): 2-4ug/ml. Note: Staining of formalin/paraf n tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min., followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IgA1,2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "IgA1,2, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
