NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a member of the GRB2/Sem5/Drk family. This member is an adaptor-like protein involved in leukocyte-specific protein-tyrosine kinase signaling. Like its related family member, GRB2-related adaptor protein (GRAP), this protein contains an SH2 domain flanked by two SH3 domains. This protein interacts with other proteins, such as GRB2-associated binding protein 1 (GAB1) and the SLP-76 leukocyte protein (LCP2), through its SH3 domains. Transcript variants utilizing alternative polyA sites exist. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Uniprot Description

Product Notes
The GRAP2 grap2 (Catalog #AAA1801924) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-GRAP2 PE reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's GRAP2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) (QC tested). FC/FACS: Recommended dilution: 1-4ug/ml. Intracellular staining. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the GRAP2 grap2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "GRAP2, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
