Recommended blocking buffer CPPT: 0.5% (w/v) casein, 1% (w/v) PEG 4000, 1% (w/v) Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), 0.1% Tween 20, 10mM Tris/HCl, pH 7.4, 150mM Sodium chloride.
Immunoprecipitation: use at 1-10ug
ELISA: use at 0.05ug/ml

Warnings

This product contains sodium azide, which has been classified as Xn (Harmful), in European Directive 67/548/EEC in the concentration range of 0.1 - 1.0 %. When disposing of this reagent through lead or copper plumbing, flush with copious volumes of water to prevent azide build-up in drains.

Preparation and Storage

Store lyophilized product at -20 degree C. After reconstitution, aliquot and store (up to 1 year) at -80 degree C. Thawed aliquots may be stored at 2 to 8 degree C for up to 3 months. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
