Applicable Applications for anti-gamma delta TCR antibody
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)
Application Notes
FC: 5 ul 1.0 ug)/test

A test is defined as the amount (ug)/test of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 105 to 108 cells/test. The pre-titrated test size contains 0.2% BSA.
Biological Significance
The GL3 monoclonal antibody reacts with the gamma delta T-cell Receptor complex on all gamma delta TCR bearing T cells, but it does not react with abetaTCR. The gamma delta TCR is present on cells in the thymus, epidermis, epithelial liningof the intestine, peritoneal cavity, and lymphoid tissues.
Tag/Conjugate
FITC
Preparation and Storage
Store at 2-8 degree C. Do not freeze. Protect from light.

Product Notes

The gamma delta TCR (Catalog #AAA834353) is an Antibody produced from Hamster and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's gamma delta TCR can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). FC: 5 ul 1.0 ug)/test A test is defined as the amount (ug)/test of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 105 to 108 cells/test. The pre-titrated test size contains 0.2% BSA. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the gamma delta TCR for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "gamma delta TCR, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
