Uniprot Description

MiscellaneousCancer-testis antigen containing the epitope FVLFLFGGN which is detected in sera of CTCL patients according to PubMed:12839582. Tumor-associated antigen found in several cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), and in particular in mycosis fungoides patients and in Sezary syndrome patients. Detected by 5 of 15 sera of Mycosis fungoides patients and by 2 of 3 sera of Sezary syndrome patients, but not by any control sera. Expressed in around 35% of the tested CTCL tumors.

Product Notes

The CTAGE1 ctage1 (Catalog #AAA2542150) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CTAGE1 Monoclonal Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CTAGE1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF), ELISA (EIA). WB: 1:200-1:2000 IHC: 1:20-1:200 IF: 1:10-1:100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CTAGE1 ctage1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CTAGE1, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
