Related Product Information for anti-CHD1L antibody
CHD1L (Chromodomain helicase DNA-binding protein 1-like) is a 897 amino acid protein encoded by the human gene CHD1L. The CHD family of proteins are ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling enzymes, which combine chromodomains, with SWI2/SNF2 ATPase/helicase motifs and DNA-binding capability. Chromodomains are protein regions of about 40-50 amino acid residues found in proteins associated with chromatin remodeling and manipulation. The domain is highly conserved among both plants and animals and is found in a large variety of proteins from many genomes. CHD1L and CHD1 share most homology within two internal helicase domains.

Product Notes

The CHD1L chd1l (Catalog #AAA9436623) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CHD1L Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CHD1L can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). WB: 1:500-1:1000 IHC: 1:50-1:100 FC/FACS: 1:50-1:100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CHD1L chd1l for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CHD1L, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
