DF1588
Specificity
Reacts with a carbohydrate determinant, identified as CDw78 (Workshop V; Code CDw78.2). Epitope recognized by this MAb and Leu21 is the same. It is present on some immature and some peripheral blood B cells, and some B cell lines. Its expression is increased after B-cell activation in vitro. CDw78 is also found on tissue macrophages and on epithelial cells, but not on T cells, NK cells, monocytes, granulocytes and myeloid tissues. It appears that CDw78 is a determinant on a major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II subpopulation.
Form/Format
200ug/ml of Ab purified from Bioreactor Concentrate by Protein A/G. Prepared in 10mM PBS with 0.05% BSA & 0.05% azide. Also available WITHOUT BSA & azide at 1.0mg/ml.
Applicable Applications for anti-CDw78 antibody
Functional Studies, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunofluorescence (IF)
Application Notes
Functional Studies: Order Ab without Azide.
FC/FACS: 0.5-1ug/million cells
IF: 0.5-1ug/ml

Human leucocytes
Cellular Localization
Cell Surface
Positive Control
Raji and human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Human tonsil and lymph node.
Preparation and Storage
Antibody with azide - store at 2 to 8 degree C.

Product Notes

The CDw78 (Catalog #AAA4380395) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CDw78 reacts with Human. Others not tested. and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CDw78 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Functional Studies, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunofluorescence (IF). Functional Studies: Order Ab without Azide. FC/FACS: 0.5-1ug/million cells IF: 0.5-1ug/ml. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CDw78 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CDw78, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
