Uniprot Description

C5aR: a family 1 G-protein coupled receptor that stimulates the GTPase activity of Gi2. Receptor for the chemotactic and inflammatory complement factor C5a. Stimulates chemotaxis, granule enzyme release and superoxide anion production. Phosphorylated in response to C5a or after stimulation of cells with phorbol esters. Expressed on monocytes, granulocytes, dendritic cells, astrocytes and microglia.

Product Notes

The CD88 c5ar1 (Catalog #AAA6248794) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CD88 (CD88 Antigen, Anaphylatoxin Receptor, C5a Anaphylatoxin Chemotactic Receptor, C5aR, C5a-R, C5a Ligand, C5R1) (Biotin) reacts with Human, Monkey and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD88 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD88 c5ar1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD88, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
