Related Product Information for anti-CD72 antibody
Mouse anti Human CD72 antibody, clone Bu40 recognizes human CD72, a 86kD cell surface homodimer which is expressed on B lymphocytes. CD72 is expressed on early B cell precursors, through to mature activated B cells, but is lost upon terminal differentiation to plasma cells.

Product Notes

The CD72 cd72 (Catalog #AAA216178) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's CD72 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistology Frozen, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunohistology Paraffin*. Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul. Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: 1/50; Maximum Dilution: 1/100 Immunohistology - Paraffin: Maximum Dilution: 1/50; Application Note: This product requires protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections e.g. trypsin or pronase. Successful staining has also been accomplished using heat mediated antigen retrieval in citrate buffer pH6.0, see Lorenzi et al. for details. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD72 cd72 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD72, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
