Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C or at -20 degree C if preferred. This product should be stored undiluted. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
Shelf Life: 18 months from date of despatch.

Related Product Information for anti-CD34 antibody
Rat anti Mouse CD34 antibody, clone MEC14.7 recognizes the murine CD34 cell surface antigen, which is expressed by endothelial cells and by haematopoietic stem cells. This antibody recognizes a neuraminidase sensitive epitope. As in the human system, CD34 antibodies in the mouse demonstrate slightly different staining patterns depending on their fine specificity. Rat anti Mouse CD34 antibody, clone MEC14.7 appears to recognize a subset of the stem cell population recognized by clone RAM34, and it is thought that this is due to differences in the epitope recognized by the two antibodies.

Uniprot Description

CD34: Possible adhesion molecule with a role in early hematopoiesis by mediating the attachment of stem cells to the bone marrow extracellular matrix or directly to stromal cells. Could act as a scaffold for the attachment of lineage specific glycans, allowing stem cells to bind to lectins expressed by stromal cells or other marrow components. Presents carbohydrate ligands to selectins. Selectively expressed on hematopoietic progenitor cells and the small vessel endothelium of a variety of tissues. Belongs to the CD34 family. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes

The CD34 cd34 (Catalog #AAA210781) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's CD34 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow cytometry (FC/FACS). Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors. This may be reduced by using SeroBlock FcR. Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: 1/5; Maximum Dilution: 1/10. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD34 cd34 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD34, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
