The Anti-Mouse CD31 Monoclonal Antibody (APC Conjugated) reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD31 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. The amount of the reagent is suggested to be used 5 uL of antibody per test (million cells in 100 ul staining volume or per 100 ul of whole blood). Please check your vial before the experiment. Since applications vary, the appropriate dilutions must be determined for individual use. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD31 pecam1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD31, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening.
