Related Product Information for anti-CD28 antibody
CD28 is the critical T cell costimulatory receptor which provides to the cell the important second activation signal by binding CD80 and CD86 that are expressed by antigen presenting cells. Besides its costimulation role CD28 Functional Application (FUNC)tions in preventing T cells from anergic hyporesponsive state or from undergoing premature apoptotic cell death. CD28 is also expressed on human fetal NK cells and some NK cell lines, whereas on murine NK cells the CD28 expression is much broader.

Product Notes

The CD28 cd28 (Catalog #AAA1801842) is an Antibody produced from Golden Syrian Hamster and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-Ms CD28 Purified Low Endotoxin reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD28 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) (QC tested), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunohistochemistry-Frozen (IHC-F), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Functional Application (FUNC). FUNC: In vitro and in vivo T cell costimulation. FC/FACS: Recommended dilution: 6ug/ml Immunocytochemistry: Recommended dilution: 1-4ug/ml IP: Recommended dilution: 1-2ug/100-500 ug of protein in 1 ml lysate. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD28 cd28 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD28, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
