Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP)
Application Notes
FC/FACS: = 0.06ug/test
A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 105 to 108 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal /formance in the assay of interest.

Related Product Information for anti-CD153 antibody
The RM153 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD153. This 40 kDa cell surface receptor, a type II transmembrane protein, is a member of the TNF superfamily. Interaction of CD30 with CD153 plays an important role in T cell activation/costimulation. Expression of CD153 on T cells does not appear to require costimulation through CD28 and is upregulated via TCR engagement and peaks 24-48 hours after activation. Signaling through CD153 is important in costimulation of pre-activated T cells.

Product Notes

The CD153 tnfsf8 (Catalog #AAA5309276) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CD153 antibody reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD153 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP). FC/FACS: = 0.06ug/test A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 105 to 108 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal /formance in the assay of interest. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD153 tnfsf8 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD153, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
