FC/FACS: = 0.5 ug/test
A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 105 to 108 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal /formance in the assay of interest

Related Product Information for anti-CD11c antibody
The N418 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD11c, the integrin alphaX. CD11c non-covalently associates with beta2 integrin to form the CD11c/CD18 heterodimer. CD11c is expressed by dendritic cells, a subset of Intestinal Intraepithelial Lymphocytes and some activated T cells. CD11c/CD18 binds to CD54, iC3b and fibrinogen and plays a role in leukocyte adhesive interactions. N418 binds to CD11c on splenic dendritic cells in the T-dependent areas of mouse spleen and precipitates a 150, 90 kDa heterodimer.

Product Notes

The CD11c cd11c (Catalog #AAA5309226) is an Antibody produced from Hamster and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CD11c antibody reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD11c can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). FC/FACS: = 0.5 ug/test A test is defined as the amount (ug) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 105 to 108 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal /formance in the assay of interest. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD11c cd11c for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD11c, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
