For periods up to 1 month store at 4 degree C, for longer periods of time, store at -20 degree C. Prevent freeze thaw cycles.
12 months at -20 degree C. 1 month at 4 degree C.
Related Product Information for anti-CBR1 antibody
Introduction: CBR1 is a NADPH-dependent, monomeric, and cytosolic enzyme which is related to a family of short-chain dehydrogenases/reductases. CBR1 protein (277 a.a.) is broadly spread in human tissues such as liver, epidermis, stomach, small intestine, kidney, neuronal cells, and smooth muscle fiber. CBR1 metabolizes numerous toxic environmental quinones and pharmacological relevant substrates such as the anticancer drug, doxorubicin. The best substrates of CBR1 are quinones, including ubiquinone-1 and tocophrolquinone (vitamin E).

Product Notes

The CBR1 (Catalog #AAA140360) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's Carbonyl Reductase-1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB). The antibody has been tested by ELISA, Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:500 ~ 1:1,000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CBR1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Carbonyl Reductase-1, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
