FC: <=0.25 ug/test

A test is defined as the amount (ug)/test of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest
Biological Significance
The HK5.3 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse B7RP-1, also known as B7h, B7-H2, GL50 and ICOS Ligand. B7RP-1, a member of the B7 family, has a predicted molecular weight of ~40 kDa and belongs to the Ig superfamily. Mouse B7RP-1 is expressed by antigen presenting cells including B cells, monocytes/macrophages and dendritic cells. B7RP-1 binds to the ICOS molecule expressed by activated T cells. The interaction of ICOS/B7RP-1 plays an important role in the T cell costimulation pathway.

Product Notes

The B7RP1 (Catalog #AAA832218) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's B7RP1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). FC: <=0.25 ug/test A test is defined as the amount (ug)/test of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 ul. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the B7RP1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "B7RP1, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
