Related Product Information for anti-ATPsyn-beta antibody
ATP synthase is extremely conserved through evolution and can be found in plants, fungi, bacteria and animals. The ATP synthase enzyme is a transmembrane protein responsible for driving the reversible reaction from ADP+ phosphate to ATP. This reaction is accomplished by a flux of protons across the membrane as a result of electron transfer. The ATP synthase protein has two main sections; the F1 ATPase (soluble) and the F0 ATPase (membrane embedded). The F1 section consists of the alpha, beta, gamma, delta and epsilon subunits. While the F0 consists of a, b and c subunits.

Product Notes

The ATPsyn-beta atpsyn-beta (Catalog #AAA602775) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ATP Synthase, beta reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ATP Synthase, beta can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF). Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence and Immunocytochemistry. Dilution: Immunocytochemistry: 1ug/ml for one hour at RT using 10e6 cells or adherent sample by indirect immunofluorescence. Suggested fixative is 2-4% paraformaldehyde. Suggested permeabilization method is 0.5% Triton X-100. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ATPsyn-beta atpsyn-beta for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ATP Synthase, beta, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
