Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
Testing Data
(Detection limit for recombinant GST tagged ANAPC11 is ~0.03ng/ml as a capture antibody.)
Testing Data
(Proximity Ligation Analysis (PLA) of protein-protein interactions between CDC20 and ANAPC11. HeLa cells were stained with CDC20 rabbit purified polyclonal 1:1200 and ANAPC11 mouse monoclonal antibody 1:50. Signals were detected 30 Detection Kit 613 (red), and nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Each red dot represents the detection of protein-protein interaction complex.)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
APC11: Component of the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C), a cell cycle-regulated E3 ubiquitin ligase that controls progression through mitosis and the G1 phase of the cell cycle. The APC/C complex acts by mediating ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of target proteins: it mainly mediates the formation of 'Lys-11'-linked polyubiquitin chains and, to a lower extent, the formation of 'Lys-48'- and 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitin chains. May recruit the E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes to the complex. Belongs to the RING-box family. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.
