Application Notes
Purified monkey IgG may be used as a reference antigen, calibrator, coating protein and blocking agent in a variety of immunoassays including immunodiffusion, immunoelectrophoresis, ELISA, Western blotting, dot-immunobinding assays (DIBA), haemagglutination, and cell-binding assays.

Product Note
Lyophilized, stable white powder. After opening the vial, the lyophilized content is reconstituted by adding 1 ml of sterile distilled water, mixed gently by inversion until complete dissolution is obtained.
Handling
This product is shipped lyophilized at ambient temperature. After receipt store at +4°C. Prolonged storage may be at _20°C. After opening the vial, the lyophilized content is reconstituted by adding4 ml ot-steriie distilled water, mixed gently byinve,sion until complete dissolution is obtained. Allow to stand at ambient temperature for 5-10 minutes to reach equilibrium. Reconstituted solution may be stored frozen. Working dilutions may be prepared by adding the required amount of phosphate buffered saline (PBS), should not be refrozen and preferably used within 24 hours. Repeated thawing and freezing should be avoided. If a slight precipitation occurs upon storage, this should be removed by centrifugation and will not affect the performance of the product.
Preparation and Storage
Store lyophilized at 4°C. After reconstitution, store at 4°C for one week or -20°C for long term storage.
