Buffer
SOmM Tris, pH 7.5, lS0mM NaCl, and 20mM CaCI2-2H20. It is recommended that the concentration of GM600 1 be determined upon dilution and confirmed prior to use. Relative concentrations in aqueous solutions may be determined by measuring absorbance of the solution(tyrosine) at 280nm.
Preparation and Storage
For long-term storage, store at -20 degree C. Avoid storage once diluted into aqueous solutions. Do not freeze aqueous solutions. For maximum recovery of produd, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
