Reconstitution
Reconstitute in DMSO (at least 25mM), aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Other organic solvents (ethanol) have also been used. Further dilutions can be made with dH2O or with low salt buffers. G8237 will precipitate from aqueous solutions exceeding 100uM. Aqueous solution will hydrolyze or decompse at a rate of 1-2% per week. Sonication of the mixture will enhance dissolution.
Preparation and Storage
Powder is stable at RT for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
