In Vitro
FN-1501 shows potent antitumor activity and it also shows little cytotoxicity on normal lymphocyte cells (LD50: 185.67mg/kg in ICR mice). FN-1501 (15. 30, or 40mg/kg/d, i.v.) dose-dependently and obviously inhibits the growth of tumors in MV4-11-cell-inoculated-xenograft mice.
