Human S100 Calcium Binding Protein A11 (S100A11) ELISA Kit | S100A11 elisa kit
Human S100 Calcium Binding Protein A11 (S100A11) ELISA Kit
No significant cross-reactivity or interference between S100 Calcium Binding Protein A11 (S100A11) and analogues was observed.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the S100 family of proteins containing 2 EF-hand calcium-binding motifs. S100 proteins are localized in the cytoplasm and/or nucleus of a wide range of cells, and involved in the regulation of a number of cellular processes such as cell cycle progression and differentiation. S100 genes include at least 13 members which are located as a cluster on chromosome 1q21. This protein may function in motility, invasion, and tubulin polymerization. Chromosomal rearrangements and altered expression of this gene have been implicated in tumor metastasis. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Uniprot Description
S100A11: a calcium-binding regulatory protein of the S-100 family. Interacts with the N-termini of annexins A1. May regulate fusion processes such as endo- and exocytosis. Increases in the early stage of pancreatic carcinogenesis and decreases during subsequent progression to cancer. Increased expression in anaplastic large cell lymphoma.

Product Notes
The Human S100A11 s100a11 (Catalog #AAA2022702) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2022702 ELISA Kit recognizes Human S100A11. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "S100 Calcium Binding Protein A11 (S100A11), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
