Human Histone Deacetylase 1 (HDAC1) ELISA Kit | HDAC1 elisa kit
Human Histone Deacetylase 1 (HDAC1) ELISA Kit
No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Histone Deacetylase 1 (HDAC1) and analogues was observed.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
Histone acetylation and deacetylation, catalyzed by multisubunit complexes, play a key role in the regulation of eukaryotic gene expression. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the histone deacetylase/acuc/apha family and is a component of the histone deacetylase complex. It also interacts with retinoblastoma tumor-suppressor protein and this complex is a key element in the control of cell proliferation and differentiation. Together with metastasis-associated protein-2, it deacetylates p53 and modulates its effect on cell growth and apoptosis. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Uniprot Description

Product Notes
The Human HDAC1 hdac1 (Catalog #AAA2704280) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2704280 ELISA Kit recognizes Human HDAC1. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Histone Deacetylase 1 (HDAC1), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
