Human Formyl Peptide Receptor 2 (FPR2) ELISA Kit | FPR2 elisa kit
Human Formyl Peptide Receptor 2 (FPR2) ELISA Kit
No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Formyl Peptide Receptor 2 (FPR2) and analogues was observed.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
FPR2: Low affinity receptor for N-formyl-methionyl peptides, which are powerful neutrophils chemotactic factors. Binding of FMLP to the receptor causes activation of neutrophils. This response is mediated via a G-protein that activates a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. The activation of LXA4R could result in an anti-inflammatory outcome counteracting the actions of proinflammatory signals such as LTB4 (leukotriene B4). Belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family.
Protein type: Motility/polarity/chemotaxis; Receptor, GPCR; Membrane protein, integral; Membrane protein, multi-pass; GPCR, family 1
Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 19q13.3-q13.4
Cellular Component: integral to membrane; plasma membrane
Molecular Function: G-protein coupled receptor activity; N-formyl peptide receptor activity
Biological Process: G-protein coupled receptor protein signaling pathway; inflammatory response; cell adhesion; chemotaxis; cell motility

Product Notes
The Human FPR2 fpr2 (Catalog #AAA2024624) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2024624 ELISA Kit recognizes Human FPR2. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Formyl Peptide Receptor 2 (FPR2), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
