Unsubstituted reduced folates are the preferred substrates. Metabolizes methotrexate (MTX) to polyglutamates.. FPGS (Folic acid polyglutamate) ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of FPGS in human serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants.
