Related Product Information for CD69 elisa kit
Principle of the Assay: This kit was based on sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. Anti-CD59 antibody was pre-coated onto 96-well plates. And the biotin conjugated anti-CD59 antibody was used as detection antibodies. The standards, test samples and biotin conjugated detection antibody were added to the wells subsequently, and washed with wash buffer. HRP-Streptavidin was added and unbound conjugates were washed away with wash buffer. TMB substrates were used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the CD59 amount of sample captured in plate. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader, and then the concentration of CD59 can be calculated.

NCBI Description

This gene encodes a member of the calcium dependent lectin superfamily of type II transmembrane receptors. Expression of the encoded protein is induced upon activation of T lymphocytes, and may play a role in proliferation. Furthermore, the protein may act to transmit signals in natural killer cells and platelets. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2011]

Uniprot Description

Involved in lymphocyte proliferation and functions as a signal transmitting receptor in lymphocytes, natural killer (NK) cells, and platelets.

Product Notes

The Human CD69 cd69 (Catalog #AAA761041) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA761041 ELISA Kit recognizes Human CD69. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Early activation antigen CD69, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
