Human Adenylate Cyclase 2, Brain (ADCY2) ELISA Kit | ADCY2 elisa kit
Human Adenylate Cyclase 2, Brain (ADCY2) ELISA Kit
No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Adenylate Cyclase 2, Brain (ADCY2) and analogues was observed.
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a member of the family of adenylate cyclases, which are membrane-associated enzymes that catalyze the formation of the secondary messenger cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP). This enzyme is insensitive to Ca(2+)/calmodulin, and is stimulated by the G protein beta and gamma subunit complex. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Uniprot Description

Product Notes
The Human ADCY2 adcy2 (Catalog #AAA2021480) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2021480 ELISA Kit recognizes Human ADCY2. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Adenylate Cyclase 2, Brain (ADCY2), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
