Protocol
1. Combine the 475 ml of ENDO-Basal Media and 25 ml of ENDO-Growth Supplement to create 500 ml of ENDOGrowth Media
2. Take the desired amount of ENDO-Growth Media need and warm to 37 degree C in a water bath or incubator
3. Avoid frequent temperature changes to the entire bottle of medium
4. The ENDO-Growth Media is stable for at least one month stored at 4 degree C
5. It is recommended that media is changed every day for regular cell culture.

Preparation and Storage
Store basal media at 2 degree C to 8 degree C for up two months. Store Growth Supplement at-80 degree C.
Once basal media and growth supplements have been mixed together, it can be stored at 2 degree C-8 degree C for up two months and for long term storage keep at -20 degree C.
