Related Product Information for TSLP clia kit
The microplate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin (TSLP). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microplate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin (TSLP). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then the mixture of substrate A and B is added to generate glow light emission kinetics. Upon plate development, the intensity of the emitted light is proportional to the Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin (TSLP) level in the sample or standard.;

NCBI Description
This gene encodes a hemopoietic cytokine proposed to signal through a heterodimeric receptor complex composed of the thymic stromal lymphopoietin receptor and the IL-7R alpha chain. It mainly impacts myeloid cells and induces the release of T cell-attracting chemokines from monocytes and enhances the maturation of CD11c(+) dendritic cells. The protein promotes T helper type 2 (TH2) cell responses that are associated with immunity in various inflammatory diseases, including asthma, allergic inflammation and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The protein is therefore considered a potential therapeutic target for the treatment of such diseases. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants. Product Notes
The Human TSLP tslp (Catalog #
AAA2025466) is a CLIA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2025466 CLIA Kit recognizes Human TSLP.
It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of
"Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin (TSLP), CLIA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of
the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always
suggest centrifuging these vials
to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to
opening. Please be advised that
certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an
additional dry ice fee may also be
required.
