Target Description: This gene is a member of the MAGED gene family. While the MAGEA and MAGEB genes are silent in normal tissues with the exception of testis and placenta, the MAGED genes are expressed ubiquitously. The MAGED genes are clustered on chromosome Xp11. This gene is located in Xp11.2, a hot spot for X-linked mental retardation (XLMR). Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene, however, the full length nature of some variants has not been defined.

Product Notes

The MRGPRX3 mrgprx4 (Catalog #AAA3239507) is a Blocking Peptide and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MRGPRX3 Peptide - C-terminal region reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's MRGPRX3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MRGPRX3 mrgprx4 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: TEVSKTPEAR EAPATQASST TQLTDTQVLA AENKSLAADT KKQNADPQAV. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "MRGPRX3, Blocking Peptide" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
