Assay Conditions
ADP-Glo® assay was performed with 0.2mg/ml Abltide as a substrate and 100mM ATP at final concentration. Reaction was done for 45 minutes at 30ºC. ADP-Glo® for 45 minutes at RT and Kinase detection for 55 minutes at RT.

Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product , centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

FMS-related tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3, also called Flk2), a member of the type III receptor tyrosine kinase family that includes c-Kit, PDGF and M-CSF receptors, is expressed on early hematopoietic progenitor cells, and supports growth and differentiation within the hematopoietic system. FLT3 is activated after binding with its ligand FL, which results in a cascade of tyrosine autophosphorylation and tyrosine phosphorylation of downstream cellular targets.
