Ordering
For Research Use Only!
Reactivity
Rat
Specificity
No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Rat HIF-3?/ARNTL and analogues was observed.
Sequence Length
790
Samples
Serum, Plasma, Tissue Homogenate, Feces, Urine and Body Fluids
Assay Type
Sandwich
Detection Range
6.25-200pg/ml.
Sensitivity
1.0pg/ml.
Intended Uses
ELISA is a simple and highly sensitive method of analysis that allows for simultaneous and rapid quantification of a large number of samples. The assay is based on the specific recognition of the target compound (analyte/antigen) by antibodies which bind to the compound. The antigen-antibody complex is detected and measured with the aid of an enzyme-labeled antibody or antigen. Upon addition of a non-colored reagent, the enzyme produces a color reaction where the color intensity is directly or inversely proportional to the concentration of the analyte in the sample. This quantitative Sandwich ELISA kit is in tended to determinate HIF-3?/ARNTL concentrations in Rat serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, feces, urine and body fluids, and it is only for research, not for drug, household, therapeutic applications
Intra-assay Precision
Intra-assay CV (%) is less than 15%.
Inter-assay Precision
Inter-assay CV (%) is less than 15%. [CV(%) = SD/mean x100]
Preparation and Storage
Store all reagents at 2-8 degree C

Uniprot Description

Function: Required for activity of the Ah (dioxin) receptor. This protein is required for the ligand-binding subunit to translocate from the cytosol to the nucleus after ligand binding. The complex then initiates transcription of genes involved in the activation of PAH procarcinogens. The heterodimer with HIF1A or EPAS1/HIF2A functions as a transcriptional regulator of the adaptive response to hypoxia

By similarity.

Subunit structure: Heterodimer with HIF1A

By similarity. Efficient DNA binding requires dimerization with another bHLH protein. Forms a heterodimer with AHR, AHRR, HIF1A and EPAS1/HIF2A as well as with other bHLH proteins. Interacts with NOCA7 and TACC3

By similarity.

Subcellular location: Nucleus.

Tissue specificity: Was expressed at almost the same level in all tissues except for the heart, liver, and small intestine.

Sequence similarities: Contains 1 bHLH (basic helix-loop-helix) domain.Contains 1 PAC (PAS-associated C-terminal) domain.Contains 2 PAS (PER-ARNT-SIM) domains.

Product Notes

The Rat HIF-3beta/ARNTL arnt (Catalog #AAA047377) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA047377 ELISA Kit recognizes Rat HIF-3beta/ARNTL. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Aryl-Hydrocarbon Receptor Nuclear Translocator 3, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
